Our team offers a variety of healthy beneficial treatments within Sound therapy Shamanic healing, Meditation and Art therapy.

One-to-one sessions, online or in-person, classes, workshops and retreats.

We are MCMA/CMA registered (Complementary Medical Association) so you can be assured that what we offer is work qualified through education and experience.

We have years of experience working with people of all ages and stages of life. Our Wellbeing Center in Penarth, South Wales, provides a safe environment for you to relax, heal and empower through our treatments.

For better physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health, treatments will be tailored to suit your needs.

We are passionate about our work and it gives us so much joy to see our clients gaining better health.

All sound therapy appointments, retreats and workshops must be paid in full when you book. This is non refundable. However, should you need to reschedule, sound therapy appointments may be changed with 48 hours notice before your appointment.
